    • Prepare architectural drawings, designs, and construction documents for residential and commercial projects.

    • Collaborate with team members to develop design solutions (when applicable).

    • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.

    • Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed drawings and renderings. * AutoCAD and Sketch-up skills are required.

    • Utilize design software and tools to format materials. * Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva skills are required.

    • Proven working experience in Interior Design or a design-related field.

    • Process-oriented with the ability to scrutinize documents.

    • Ability to offer design solutions on spatial planning, and general interior design practices.

    • Support the growth of our Studio by radiating the highest level of positivity, professionalism, and care that we deliver to our amazing partners every day. With the right attitude and work ethic, we look forward to surpassing our goals in the year(s) ahead!

    * Estimated 6 - 12 hours per week, flexible per availability, and desire to increase workload.

    * Hourly rate subject to flexibility of design project scope and level of consulting necessary / project complexity. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Estimated $25.00 - $65.00 / hour.

    • Understand project requirements and concepts.

    • Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes.

    • Produce final design solutions (logos, banners, interfaces, and websites).

    • Collaborate with team members to launch projects.

    • Take on special design tasks (color correction, vector refinement, and file exporting)

    • Proven working experience as a Graphic Designer and/or a degree from a fine arts/design program.

    • Experience with design software and graphics editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Canva).

    • Familiarity with design techniques and visual elements (layout, type, and fonts).

    • A keen eye for detail and advanced time management abilities.

    • Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.
